We talk through what you're building, who it's for and what success looks like. You leave with honest advice, even if we don't work together.

Fixed quote
Within 48 hours
A written scope, timeline and fixed price, broken into milestones. Nothing starts until you approve it.

Build with weekly demos
Weeks, not months
Every week you get a live link to the current build and a short update. Feedback goes straight to the engineer, not through a project manager.

Launch and handover
Plus 30 days of fixes
We launch together, you get the code, accounts and docs, and any bug in what we built is fixed free for 30 days.
A typical build week
Short loops, visible progress.
- Monday
- Plan the week's slice of the product together (15 minutes, or async).
- Tuesday–Thursday
- Build. Questions go to you directly, by email or a shared chat, not through a manager.
- Friday
- A live demo link plus a short written update: done, next, and anything blocked.
